The Rice Lake Soccer Association Inc. is in existence for the purpose of promoting and enhancing the sport of soccer in the Rice Lake area and enabling the fullest participation of every interested child in the sport. Soccer should be the venue whereby children, youth and adults learn and live the values of full participation, fair play, good sportsmanship, education and fun. Therefore, the following principles will remain central to our commitment to the sport and the people who play it:

• Balanced teams
• Good sportsmanship
• Open registration
• Positive coaching and refereeing

The Rice Lake Soccer Association is a non-profit association. All fees and moneys collected shall be used solely for the benefit of the athletes registered for the programs: to pay for WYSA registration, uniforms, equipment, training and compensation of clinicians and certified officials for games. There shall be no paid coaches or officers. All administration, including club direction, coaching and team management, shall be on a strictly volunteer basis.

The Rice Lake Soccer Association is run by the Executive Board shall be made up of up to 17 voting members.

Officers shall include President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Head Coach, Referee Commissioner/Assignor, Equipment Manager, Risk Management Director, Safety/Facilities Coordinator , Fund Raising Coordinator, five Age Division Coordinators, and two at large positions.
