How do I know if practice is canceled?? Rain, Lightning...

As a reminder soccer is played in the rain, in fact many of soccer players enjoy playing in the rain.  However, we understand the difference between a 14 year old practicing in the rain and a 4 year old practicing in rain.  So, if your coach cancels practice due to weather - he/she has that power.  Contact your coach to find out if you have practice not RLSA in the event it is raining and you aren't sure.

In the event the rain is so much that our fields become soggy and could be ruined by play, RLSA would cancel practices and ask that teams do not go on the fields.  If there is lightning in the areas soccer would be CANCELED by RLSA for all teams.  Listen to WJMC, watch, and RLSA's Facebook page for RLSA cancellations due to field conditions or lightning.

Any questions - please try your coach or team manager first. With more than 300 registered players your questions will be answered much faster.
